If you have clicked on the "Print this Page" button and nothing is happening then:

You may need to enable "ActiveX Controls". Don't worry, this is quite easy and perfectly safe to do!

1. Towards the top of internet explorer it will read "To help protect your security, Internet explorer has restricted this page...(etc etc)".
2. Left click on this bar.
3. Click on "Allow Blocked Content"
4. If prompted, click on "Yes"
5. Return to the order form and now click on the "Print Page" button. The print menu will come up and you simply need to click on "Print"!

You will need to ensure that your printer is properly set up with your computer - we cannot help you with this! Please refer to the documentation you received with your printer/ computer.
